Normal user IPhone access to SBS2003 failed


I have a SBS2003 server.  As the 443 port is used by remote access token system, I have setup an alternative port (40300) on router, pointed to the server's 443, for external IPad and IPhone access.

I successfully configured IPhone for an administrator's account to access mailbox on Exchange server.

But when I try to setup normal user, it returns with error on IPad:
"Exchange Account
Unable to verify account information."

I have setup a test account (normal user), then assign Enterprise admin, Administrators, etc membership, but still won't solve the problem, can't connect IPad.

I test with "ActiveSyncTester".  It shows all successful results with administrator, but with normal users, returned with error:
"ActiveSync, check version, failed
user name or password incorrect".

All necessary exchange feature on the user are enabled.

Can someone help!

did you tell it to use the same port when you set up the user?

Found solution myself.  Relocated the account to same ou as admin, and assigned domain admin right temporary.  Then relocated to original ou, and remove domain admin permission.  Worked.
