Greetings experts. There are 200+ users at this location that use either Outlook 2003 or 2007 on Windows XP Pro in an AD environment. One particular user (of course it would be an elected official raising the stakes on getting this fixed) who is having problems with her Outlook calendar displaying pop-up reminders. The pop-up reminders were working but slowly stopped until she didn't get any pop-up reminders at all. Here is the list of things I have tried and am asking anyone to offer up any suggestions they may have to get this fixed as it has become a splinter in my heel. Thank you in advance for your time.
Recreated her Windows XP Profile (had her log off, renamed profile to .old and had her log back in)
Recreated her Outlook profile
Verified her reminder settings in Outlook were enabled
Started the Windows Alerter service and disabled Windows firewall
Verified her AD account was not locked
We are using Exchange 2007 and no one else is having this problem.
