Exchange 2003 user permission

How do I give one user permission to open another user's inbox folder in their outlook account where the second user only can see the first user's inbox only, but not able to see the deleted folders or other folders.

I know how to grant the access to the folder, I just do not know if you can limit what the other user see....

Is this possible?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

...if they have full access to the account you can add a second outlook profile and set it up fo the second user to log in with full access permissions to the full account.

No I don't think there is a way to limit which folders a user can see. You can grant access to email calendar and contacts individually but not folder by folder.
