exchange 2010 OWA an unexpected error occurred

I have seen many posts about this error when deleting or forwarding email, but none of the solutions seem to work.

For myself we are getting the error when trying to view email folders in OWA 2010 SP1. It is a clean install, not an upgrade.

The error is

An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn't be handled.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is this happening for all accounts or just one users account?
