Using ubuntu one cloud with Windows 7

Apparently, Ubuntu one has a cloud. Is it possible to transfer files between Ubuntu and Windows 7? I would like to type files using Dragon Naturally Speaking in Windows 7 and then read them in Ubuntu. I understand that Dragon is not available using Ubuntu but I'm trying to work around this and use Windows 7 at the same time that I use Ubuntu. I don't understand how to see Ubuntu one when I have switched over and am using Windows 7.
