I have several clients on out network still running Office 2003 that I need to install SP3 on.  I currently have groups set up in WSUS by OS and currently have automatic approvals for critical and sercurity updates on all groups.  Is there a way that I can install SP3 on the needed machines thru WSUS without having to move them all to a different group?  IE: In the "XP" group there are machines that have Office 2003, 2007, and 2010 but I only want to run the SP update on the machines that have 2003.  Thanks in advance.

    Accepted Solution

Client pcs only request updates that they need, if the update doesn't apply then it won't request/install it.
