Looking to migrate Server 2k3 std to 2k8r2 std

I'm looking for a good 'step by step' guide to migrate from a 2003 std server to a 2008R2 server.

    So your looking to move from a 32bit OS to a 64bit OS?

    Yes, we don't have much of a choice anymore do we......  

    It's a datastore only for 4 users.  No apps running on the server.  I'm looking for a good step by step that shows how to run migration.

    Can you give us more info?
    Do you have AD? Is 2k3 DC or member server? With datastore do you mean file server?
    The 2k8R2 will be installed on the same hardware as is it now 2k3?
