I have a couple of Cisco 7940 VoIP phones back in our plant and am typically told that nobody can hear them ring.  Does anybody have any experience with or a suggestion on some type of strobe light that would flash when the phone rings?

I don't know anything about a strobe light, however if you can either crack open the 7940 and add a couple of leads off the ringer or you can pull it off an FXS port using a shared number with the 7940.
