We are in the process of migrating our SBS 2003 Standard 32 bit to MS Server 2008 Standard  64 bit. NOTE: We already migrated the Exchange piece to a new virtual so we are not concern with this part.

1. We want to migrate our production virtual SBS Standard 2003 32 bit to a virtual MS Server 2008 Standard 64 bit. How can we migrate to the new virtual box

and

2. We are prepping up a new virtual MOSS 2010 Standard 64 bit to receive the current SharePoint Services 3.0 database that is on our current SBS 2003 Standard 32 bit  production virtual box. How can we migrate the SS 3.0 32 bit database to our new SharePoint Server 2010 Standard 64 bit server?
