schema refreshes from source to target on diff hosts for multiple dataabses

Hi guys,
i want to refresh some of the schemas for source to target on diff host for multiple databases. What should be the right approach.

for example- I have two databases on one host.
1. export diff schemas from both databases.
2. Scp dump from one host to another
3. export dumps to the target databases.

    Exp/imp would probably be the easiest.

    You might look into linking the databases and do a direct migration but that can be a little dangerous.

    I want to achieve this with shell script, how many steps should be there any suggestions

    Not sure I can answer this.  It depends on your setup.

    At a maximum, one script per server involved.
    At best, one script.

    The one script would issue remote copy and remote shell calls.

    The one script per server would have to wait for the correct file to show up before it runs.
