=IF(N18=TODAY(),1,IF(N18<TODAY(),0,IF(N18>TODAY(),2,IF(Q18=complete(),2))))

I've set up icons to be displayed based upon dates. Green (tomorrow and beyond), yellow
(today), red (date is old). I want to be able to change the red icon to green icon only if the cell
is Q18 is marked complete (selected from a drop down list (Complete, Late, On Track,
Complete / Late).  This is the part of the formula not working.

Change the order to check for "Complete" first, i.e.

=IF(Q18="Complete,2,IF(N18=TODAY(),1,IF(N18<TODAY(),0,IF(N18>TODAY(),2))))

Sorry, missed closing quotes - should be

=IF(Q18="Complete",2,IF(N18=TODAY(),1,IF(N18<TODAY(),0,IF(N18>TODAY(),2))))

regards, barry
