Tool to analyze VOIP

Any good free tools besides Wireshark to analyze RTP packet loss, out of sequence, jitter etc?

Wireshark seems to be pretty crude for this purpose.

Or maybe I just don't know how to use Wireshark well enough?

I use Network Instruments. Pretty costly, but I've been using it for 6 years and it works wonderfully.
