The e-mail account does not exist at the organization
When I do a msg tracking in Exchange 2003 system manager in TO it shows: /O=ENTREPRISE/OU=INFO/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=STP99
Is that normal? How to make sure this recipient exist because sender receives a msg saying that recipient does not exist?:
