Hi All,

I'm trying to create a new project in VS 2008 and i'm receiving a project creation failed message. When i tried to google this a solution to modify the devenv config file for  "TemplateWizardInterface" is given. However i dont see an entry for that in my config file.

Please let me know how to go about this? I did not have this problem before.
Thanks for your time in advance.

    Accepted Solution

You probably deleted some of the project templates by mistake.

You might be able to solve it by relaunching the installer or through the Programs section of the Control Panel. There is a Repair option.
