Thanks for the reply, good question maybe a calculation might work. &nbsp;our Electrician goes to apartment to apartment and reads the meter. &nbsp;As this is a new DB he has put in the start time the very first time he used it, for example, &nbsp;a apartment's meter had 100 kwh and then the reading at the end of the month showed 250 show the DB for a 150 KWH used. &nbsp;We basicallly want the end reading (the 250 KWH) to automatically pop up in the next months start reading. &nbsp;Any ideas?

Calculate the usage based on the previous reading.

I have a question to ask.
This is the utility table we have.
Is there any way to have "End Time" gone to "Start Time" of the next month automattically?
(For example, if we choose "October" from the month field of the utility table, the value of end time from the "September" goes to start time of the "October")
