Publishing Apps XenApp 6.5

I have a XenApp 6.5 farm, I am attempting to publishing a IE application.  When I run the application from the server, the application runs fine.  When I attempt to access the app from the Web Interface, IE loads but Java JRE which is required for the web app to run does not load.  Does Xenapp 6.5 have security setting which do not allow JRE to run for a published IE app?  Or is this a security setting within IE 8 I need to contend with?

I have another app which requires a drive mapping.  How can I map the drive before the user attempts to load the app?

You need enable settings in IE security settings.

Did you get answer to your other question about the drive mapping?
How is a question set as the accepted answer?  It doesn't even answer the original problem.
