What is the internal address of the mail server?
    External ip?

The only I would change is:
access-list 110 permit tcp any any eq smtp
access-list 110 permit tcp any host x.x.x.x eq smtp

X.x.x.x being the public ip of the mailserver. For the rest you should be good to go :)

So the x.x.x.x should be and the .20.8 is the internal address of the mailserver (?). Then everything is fine.
