Plot multiple points on a Google Map from addresses pulled from a database

I am trying to build a Google Map component that will map multiple locations from addresses pulled from a database. I have several examples of code and none of them seem to do what I need.
I need to pull addresses from the database, plot them on a map and center the map.
If someone could point me in the right direction I would be so grateful.

I prefer to use V3 as it doesn't need site key.
