outlook 2010 vs 2007 calendar issue
Do you know if there is a setting on my Outlook that will ensure that when I send calendar invites to Outlook 2007, it will show as an invite and not as an email?
Do you have both these sender\receipient in the same exchange server?
Normally between the exchange mailboxes one shouldn't face any of these issues.
Else, If this happens for all the mailbox\users... we need to check for the intermediate route which the meeting-requests\mail-flow takes

HI - no this lady recently started her own business , i personally loaded the latest ver of office 2010 . then at my offices with in my exchange i have office 2010 and 2007 , she is an outside user not part of the exchange but her meeting requests come into my office 2010 on exchange as a normal email as well. ? very weird. and my network is fully patched..and her pc is very much up to date. could the installation of outlook be partially corrupt ??
where is the end-users mailbox located? any public hosting servers?
It looks like the end-user's mail-client is sending the request as the iCAL? not the standard exchange one?
work-around:
Try to check with another mailbox from the same hosted\server...it should be by-design.
IMO, meeting-requests works best (with all the features) between the Exchange-servers.

this girl's mailbox is hosted with Hetzner webhosting, , so could it actually be the way it gets relayed through them to ie: my exchange environment?
