The connection to microsoft exchange is unavailable on Reply All

When i click reply all in outlook 2010, i received this error:
The connection to microsoft exchange is unavailable.
i can click reply but not reply all to messages.
what should be the reason?

this outlook 2010 client in connected to a microsoft exchange 2010. I have restarted the Microsoft exchange address book service, but that hasn't help?

    have you upgrade your exchange 2010 sp 1?

    Patch to the latest updates and see. Also try removing the profile and creating it once again.

    I just installed the SP1 for exchange. I will test tomorrow and let you know!

    Installing exchange 2010 SP1 sorted out the problem.
