We would like to forward all calls to voicemail when that person is on another call.<br />
We have tried several shortcodes but cannot seem to get it to work.<br />
For instance, we have tried:<br />
Creating indivudal shortcode *354 with Feature Voicemail Collect and Telephone Number “Extn354”,<br />
Then on extn 354 setting the Forward On Busy value to *354.<br />
However, when we call exten 354 and its busy, it does not go to the voicemail of exten 354 it goes to the voicemail of the caller (e.g the voicemail of the person initiating the call rather than the recipient extension's voicemail).<br />
What are we doing wrong?<br />
