Syncing of public calendars

User A updates appointments on a regular basis on her public calendar. This syncs with all connected users except one, User B.

When user B looks at her calendar the appointment is not there.

Deleting User A's OST file, and restarting Outlook fixes the issue temporarily but this is not a permanent fix.

Has anyone came across a similar issue?

Your scan and repair .pst and .ost file. Outlook includes a tool that may be able to correct the problem. This tool, the OST Integrity Tool, you can scan and repair .ost files. May be problem solve after both files scanning and repairing.

The OST integrity tool found errors within the .pst file.
The user has got back to me and said the same issue still exists.

Her view of the shared calendars is still not updating correctly.
