I've got a questions about our Concurrent User Licenses more so for our CAG 5.0. We currently have I believe 100 Xenapp Enterprise licenses and 60 CAG Universal Licenses. Am I to understand that everytime a user logs in remotely that user uses up 1 CAG License and 1 Xenapp Enterprise License. I other words the user uses up two licenses everytime he or she logs in remotely?

    Accepted Solution

That is my understanding IF they also connect to a XenApp server.

If they connect to the CAG they use a CAG Universal License.  If they then connect to a XenAPp server they will use a XenApp license.

If a single user connects to your CAG from two different devices, that user will use two CAG licenses.
