access 2010 - tabnavigationcontrol, when i change tab, the view always jumps down a little and i can't see the tabs anymore

When i change tab, the view always jumps down a little and i can't see the tabs anymore.
This only occurs when the tab is filled with a subform.
The FormHeader is still on the screen, the details field jumps down a little, is there an option somewhere for the tabcontrol, always on front or something like that?
