On my sbs2011 server I Installed Arcserve 16. I cannot backup du to a service that will not start. the ca arcserve universal agent service terminated unexpectedly

My SBS2011 server has an trial version of arcserve installed. From the start the Universal agent will not start when I try to start. In the logfile I see the message:

please uninstall and reinstall the GA version of ca arcserve!

Eventualy I set the service to restart automaticly and I have removed the installation of Windows Backup.

I know, it is not perfect but works for me now. :-)
