Backup Exec Remote Agent Update

Having issues remotely updating Backup Exec 2010 R2 agent in response to another error. I am trying to push updates to a remote agent and am receiving 'ERROR: Error 1606. Could not access network location \\Server\Admin'. Not finding much on the internet related to this. I have referenced

and followed instructions there, but am still getting the same error. I am trying to do this because my backup job is failing with error E000FE30: A communications failure has occurred.

Hi,

1. Locate all of the install files for the Remote Agent which are in the RAWS32/RAWSX64 folder. This folder can be found in the Backup Exec Media Server file location. C:/PROGRAM FILES\SYMANTEC\Backup Exec\Agents 2) Copy the RAWS32/RAWSX64 folder from one of the locations listed above to the remote server that needs the Remote Agent installed (SQL server). 3) On the remote server, open the RAWS32/RAWS64 folder and run the Setupaa.cmd file. (Use the file setupaofo.cmd to enabled the Advance Open File Options). If you are using 2008 server then right click and Run as administrator. 4) The command prompt will appear blank between a few seconds and a couple minutes while the remote agent installs. 5) Once completed, the command prompt cursor will appear awaiting further input. 6 . Open the Windows Services Applet by clicking Start | Programs | Administrative Tools | Services 7. Verify that the "Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers" service is listed and started.
