Tiny fonts in outlook 2007 - New E-mail message

I have a user who has office 2007 including outlook connected to Exchange. When she created a new e-mail message the font's are tiny, under 5 point.
If I send the message with only the signiture back to herself it appears fine. The setting of her signiture is correct.

She is fairly sure that she has clicked or hit a key which has caused this but not sure exactly what she may have clicked

The users all have a pre-prepared signiture which is setup and automatically added when creating a new mesasge.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Check the Zoom property of an email draft. Change it back to 100%.

By draft, I mean a new email message.

What does she have for a font in Tools\Options\Other\Advanced Options for Font under "Appearance Options"?

Thanks for the replies so far, I have checked the zoom option and that is correct - set to 100% and the options were different but even setting them failed to resolved this issue but thank you for posting.

Silly question - if she types a little, then holds down CTRL on the keyboard and rolls her mouse wheel, what happens? :)

That was spot on

Many thanks for that.
