Google Search stops working on website

I have a client that has Google search integrated with their website.
Its stopped working lately, and even old backups of the site no longer work.
I think the code may have to be updated, but I am not familiar with how this was integrated.
Has anyone seen this before? (See screenshot)
The only thing that gets displayed is lines with any result...

try check again with google, maybe they updated their code recently, try check:

http://www.google.com/sitesearch/

The search demo works fine on that site. I am willing to bet they updated the code but I am not sure how to fix it.
I didn't setup the website unfortunately..
