SBS 2011 - Outlook requesting for username and password
Hi,
We have recently migrated from SBS 2003 to SBS 2011 and there is an intermittent issue where users (non-specific) will get a request to enter their username and password when they open Outlook. It is not user specific, it varies and is inconsistent.
They try to enter their credentials, it is not accepted and strange thing is after several attempts it prompts them for the login credentials with the old server as the prefix.
OWA is working fine and is the current workaround for the users that get prompted for login.
Can someone provide suggestions on where I can start to troubleshoot this?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the prompt responses.
We do not use Outlook anywhere and have adjusted basic/ntlm auth - same thing.
I will download and install latest SPs and rollup 9 tonight and see if that works. Thanks
