Switch Booot process error

Hi Experts,
I have a Cisco Switch 3550 and I made the mistake to erase the flash memory,  I tried to recover it but was not possible then I went into Cisco website to download a different image then I follow the steps to delete the old files but did not have any success, now everytime I reboot the Switch it gets stock  and gives the error as it can not locate the image then what I have to do every time I reboot is to enter the boot flash:  to be able to boot into the image. How can I force to delete the old files from flash?.  I am attaching the boot process so you can see what is the problem.

Thanks
