I have a problem to opening documents *. xls / *. xlsx Microsoft Office and random crashes (testing on the LAN and local).
The problem also occurs when connecting to other computers in the Same username.
is this a problem profile and whether you can give me advice

Do the event log give any clue about what module crashes ?
You say the same problem happens for same user on several computers. Can other user open these same XLS/DOC files safely ?
Are you using roaming profiles ?

Execute EVENTVWR.exe and look for application crash in applications log.
You will see Excel error message.
