How to have login popup on folder

Hello,

How do you make a web page secure with a login required? I am using Windows 2008 Server, and IIS 7.5. Like to have a login dialog popup and have users enter in their domain network user name and password. The web page is a htm and I am not using ASP and its on my Intranet.

I see this article for IIS 6.0, but 7.5 is a little differnet. Can't get the login to come up.
