IN my machine XP I have a problem I can not do "ctrl C" "ctrl V", for all applications.

Some applications do not use it.

try using tghe on screen keyboard in asseccories....if it works fine using the on screen keyboard, there is some type of keyboard driver installed....trust me I've been there & done that.
