if you have a keyboard deriver installed, uninstall it, reboot &amp;&nbsp;it will work:<br />

try using tghe on screen keyboard in asseccories....if it works fine using the on screen keyboard, there is some type of keyboard driver installed....trust me I've been there &amp;&nbsp;done that.
