Ipad Iphone don't open some images

Hi E's, In some emails that contain images and in some app's (view the attach image), sometimes the pictures don't open, and that situation occurs in my Ipad and Iphone.
Have solution for this problem?

    When you get the box with ? It is because the iproduct does not understand the format the image is in or the image is damaged or missing.
     You can try checking if the latest ios is installed.  Does it happen when you view it on a diffent source such as compute?
     If not then it could be a coding error in the email that the iproduct does not understand and an update will fix.
    Sometimes uninstalling the app and reinstall it help.
    Even doing a complete reimage and do not restore from backup  is the only ay to fix this.
