Consider below scenario i have done .
Three loopback used at routerB & Router c
lo0=100.100.100.100/24
lo1=111.111.111.111/24
lo2=222.222.222.222/24

only loopback0 is used to reduce AD and rest to are learned via EIGRP

ROuter A -------IBGP------RouterB
 |
EIGRP
 |
Router C

IBGP-EIGRP#sh running-config | s bgp
router bgp 4755
 no synchronization
 bgp log-neighbor-changes
 neighbor 10.0.0.2 remote-as 4755
 distance 70 10.0.0.0 0.0.0.255 REDUCE_AD
 no auto-summary
!
ip access-list standard REDUCE_AD
 permit 100.100.100.0 0.0.0.255
!
router eigrp 5
 network 20.0.0.0 0.0.0.255
 no auto-summary
!
------------------------------

Gateway of last resort is not set

D    222.222.222.0/24 [90/156160] via 20.0.0.2, 00:02:23, FastEthernet0/1
     100.0.0.0/24 is subnetted, 1 subnets
B       100.100.100.0 [70/0] via 10.0.0.2, 00:03:11 ----------------------------------Only one gets lowerAD.
     20.0.0.0/24 is subnetted, 1 subnets
C       20.0.0.0 is directly connected, FastEthernet0/1
     111.0.0.0/24 is subnetted, 1 subnets
D       111.111.111.0 [90/156160] via 20.0.0.2, 00:03:21, FastEthernet0/1
     10.0.0.0/24 is subnetted, 1 subnets
C       10.0.0.0 is directly connected, FastEthernet0/0
