convert doc to screen saver

Is there a way to convert an image within an Word Doc into a screen saver on a PC?

You should be able to save the image in the DOC file as (probably) a .JPG file and then convert it to an .SCR file (screen saver). Look in c:\windows\system32 for the existing SCR files. .... Thinkpads_User

I just looked on my Windows 7 machine and in the screen saver pull down is a "photos" capability and you should be able to just use that. .... Thinkpads_User

The best way to get a picture file from a Word document is to save it as HTML. This process creates multiple files, with a single file for each picture.
