Are you using an NTP server for both the SSL VPN or the AD server? Even with the time out of sync you can still login using the Admin username and password to the LocalDomain and check/adjust the time. Unfortunately until the time is adjusted either on the SSL VPN 200 or the AD (Which ever one is out of sync) you will not be able to login with an AD account.

Where you able to resolve the issue?

I was able to resolve remotely logging into the appliance with ADMIN and pass then changing the DNS server to an alternate server, once is synced with AD I was then able to change to existing name and then VPN authnetication worked well.
