I designed a program app in with MobiOne software so i want to upload my new app to apple store :  
what i should do to upload ?
i am new in programming iphone app

    You should first create a Development account on apple, which costs $99/year. Then inside your account you should have to create some certificates to sign code.

    XCode has an assistant which creates this certificates for you, but you need to create your development account first.

    Yes, but you should sign code by using certificates. It's a process explained here:

    Xcode has an assistant which makes this process easier.
