Need help converting Color.RED to a String, and String "Blue" to a Color.BLUE Color object

I need help with the code for converting Color.RED into a String, and also for converting a String such as "Blue" into a Color.BLUE Color object.

    I would use a Map<Color, String> and one the other way around
