MS Windows - InstallShield how to run myfile.msi.exe in "silent" mode?

how to run myfile.msi.exe in "silent" mode?

no gui. please put attention answering that it is file with extension  ".msi.exe" and not ".msi".

Please advice,

msi switches are detailed here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/227091

The /qn  switch would instruct msi not to display a UI.

These switches are for ".msi" file, but I have ".msi.exe".

Please advice.
