How to add contacts to predictive recipients in Outlook 2010
In Outlook 2010, when I start a new email I and begin to type someones email address many times it will complete the email address for me in what I guess is some type of "predictive recipient" function.
Unfortunately, not all my contact are part of this predictive function. How do I go through and add other contacts to this functionality?

Not exactly the question you had in mind?

However, if I want to just add all of my contacts tot he predictive typing is it possible to do that all at one time?
Also, I have a bunch of people named "john" and would like to keep them all as contacts. However, I do not want them all to come up when I begin typing the word "John". Is there a way to remove some of them without deleting their contact?
