Citrix XenApp Single Sign on

I am using WI 5.4 with XenApp 6.5, when I publish a application for "anonymous" it runs fine.  When I publish for a user in the domain, the user is prompted to login to the server.
I am using "pass through" authentication at the WI, I thought the users would not be prompted again for login, since they are already logged into the domain.
How do I resolve this?

That did not work.  I am already using "Windows" for the authentication to IIS.
    Any other suggestions?

The only other thing that springs to mind is the authentication on the WI site within the Citrix console.

I'm going from memory but there's a setting that says where the authentication should take place - at the WI server, for example.

Might want to have a poke around those settings.

I think I've seen this happen sometimes if you list the Domain as the FQDN and in the drop down of the Windows Login Screen (GINA) it is listed as the short name.

For example in the WI you have "" and it is listed as "AD" in the Windows Login Screen.
