Why can't download video with Real Player

I am participating in a "Live Webinar Solutions" webinar using IE9.  Right clicking on the webinar screen says  Adobe Flash Player

I have Real Player installed with the "Download this video" option enabled for mouse-over.  But I cannot get the "Download" button to appear so I can download the video.

How can I download this video?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

"Live Webinar Solutions" are not prerecorded, so there is no video file to download.  You can't download a live streaming video.  While it might make sense to want to "record" the Webinar as it happens, but that is not supported.

Thanks - but actually, this webinar is prerecorded...

In any event, I am able to download the video as I described whether I watch it at one of the scheduled times or via the replay link

Any other thoughts?  And do you know (technically) what the differences are between live streaming and a video file so that I can differentiate between what is and is not supported by the "download this video" feature?

Sorry, no other ideas.
