Blackberry stops receiving emails due to MAPI

I have a device on BES Express 5 that stops receiving emails every few days. the only way to get it to work again is to reinstall the MAPI component. Can Any one suggest a permanent fix to this type of issue?

BES Express 5.0.2
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
Exchange 2007 Standard

please remove all device for that user from Blackberry server and also remove blackberry services for that user and re enable blackberry services for that user

r u getting this error on all blackberry users or only this specific user. if you have getting only specific user than there may be some issue in blackberry handset..

It is only for one device but we have replaced it already to rule out the device as the cause.

I did have to remove the users devices and then Re-install the MAPI component. His device has not had issues since
