Specific User session hang\freezed in citrix

Only one specific user facing issue randomly. His session gets freezed or hang, after restarting his workstation \ resetting his session in citrix issue resolved. Not sure where exactly issue occurs. Need help to fix this issue permanently.

Users facing this only with streamed applications, Other installed apps are working fine.

How big is his profile? Did you try recreating his profile? See if any printer is causing problem by disabling them temporarily and test. Also ask user try from a different desktop and different Citrix client

I think first check for proper plugin availability, and also will be usefull to capture user process dump, to get the details on thread , which is causing the freeze

I have recreated user profile and asked him to check. Asked user to login and work on other workstation too. All our workstations are running in same version of client 12.0.3.6.

Steps which I performed - deleted user profile, Formatted user PC,
