Internet explorer - Exchange problem

All,

This is the problem that we are currently having. This is a translation from Frech (French Windows)

The user is using OWA. The window that you specified could not be opened because your computer is short of memory. Close some windows and try again. The user gets this message when opening certain messages or when trying to open an attachment.

When the user uses Firefox, from her PC, no problem, or when using the user's account from another pc using internet explorer, it works as well..... We think the problem is somwhere in IE. Tried on user's pC with IE 8 and IE9, none worked.

Any suggestions ?

Have you patched up ie8 and ie9?
does it do in all pc?

Yes we did patch up ie8 and ie9, and yes it does work on other PC's.

so it does not work on pc only?. In that case i would suggest unistalling and installing again (ie8,ie9)
