Emails are getting delayed

Hi I hope someone can assist me with this its much appreciated as always.  My users including myself are getting mail delivery delays  , I use Exchange 2010.

Users are receiving the following delayed response ...

Delivery is delayed to these recipients or groups:

XXXX@XXXX.com (XXXXX@XXXXX.com)

Subject: you asked me to send you the email from my work

This message hasn't been delivered yet. Delivery will continue to be attempted.

The server will keep trying to deliver this message for the next 1 days, 19 hours and 50 minutes. You'll be notified if the message can't be delivered by that time.

Seems the problem with the mail receiving domain, also make sure that recipients is correct.

Check this SMTP diagnostics wepage to Diagnose the issue-  http://exchange.sembee.info/network/smtp-diag.asp

Run SMTPDiag Tool and post back results, I think it could be a spam filter problem.
