By the way which application you are trying to use?

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Try restarting the machine and Run regedit as an admin. you can also type regedit and press and hold Cntr+shift and hit enter to run directly.

I am going to go under the assumption that it will not. If you notice, there is no InprocServer32 (or any subkey configuration for that matter) under that reg key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{24FF4FDC-1D9F-4195-8C79-0DA39248FF48}, which leads me to believe that is why the Security Tabs missing the data.....

Plus, I launched Component Services as the SYSTEM account and it still didn't show..... Even after resetting permissions.....

Interesting..... Will await the OP response....
