i have a windows 2003 server that will not boot up, I am getting:
Windows could not start because following file is missing or corrupt: \winodws\system\vgaoem.fon, you can attempt to repair using winodws setup... select R at repair screen.

How do i fix this?

i guess i cant use expand until i can get the raid driver to load so it can sees the drive. i have to try to trach down the raid driver and get a floppy drive because there is no floppy drive on the server.

Take a look at nLite - you can be able to insert your drivers on an image, then burn it to disk.

it looks like nlite is not for windows 2003 server? do ihave to take the drive out to another computer to update driver, if its the case than not possible.

You can install nLite in XP - it will be able to prepare a disk for windows 2003 server.

you need to boot from its server startup CD (download iso image from the web according to your server model) then you have able to repair your existing windows...

I have never used expand before but how can you replace file if you can't view folder, getting access denied.

you will be executing the expand command using the windows recovery console.
