Thanks for commnet...

1.I copyed into local drive and start the instalation no use.
2. I gothrough the second solutioin but no luck.
Still 'm getting same error unable to install MS office 2003.

Do you have administrator rights to this machine while installing?  The error shows that it cannot find a file in the administrator's documents path.  This could mean that you do not have rights to that directory.  Has this software been installed on the machine previously and you are trying to add features?  If so, it may help to log in as the user that originally did the install...
Are you trying to install Office straight from the Microsoft Office media (that has been copied to your network share)?  Or are you trying to install it from a admistrative install that your in-house IT guys have setup?  Meaning the install is silent, you don't need to enter serial or select any other options?

If you are trying to install straight from media, just like jmcmunn said, are you a local adminstrator to the machine?  Has this machine tried to install Office before?  You need to uninstall and delete any incomplete installation prior to trying to install again.   Can you reproduce this same error on another machine?

To solve this problem, we need to find out why this message is popping up and why it is asking for that MSP file  before we try a bunch of troubleshooting steps.  First, can you find this missing MSP file in the Office source files (look in where you copy all the files to the computer)?  If not, no worries; we need a log file.  Start the installation again but this time run setup with this command:
setup.exe /lv* "%temp%\OfficeSetup.log"

Hopefully this log file will tell you what the setup need or is looking for.  Good Luck.
1. download Office2003SP3-KB923618-FullFile-ENU from http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=8

2. open it with winrar or winzip and extract mainsp3.msp

3. give it to the the dialog from your picture.
